Return & Exchange Policy – PDR Performance

At PDR Performance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and exchange guidelines below:

Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

• A 20% restocking fee will apply to all standard returns.

• Items must be returned in original condition with good condition packaging to be eligible.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Incorrect or Mispackaged Items

If you received the wrong item or there was an error in packaging, we’ll take care of it:

• You may return or exchange the item at no cost to you.

• Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item so we can make it right.

Exchanges

• Products may be exchanged within 30 days with no restocking fee, as long as they are in original condition and packaging is in good condition.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping on exchanges unless due to an error by PDR Performance.
