At PDR Performance, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the details below regarding our shipping process:
Shipping Times

In-stock items will ship within 1–2 business days.

If your order contains items that ship directly from our suppliers, those items may arrive separately.

Within the same 1–2 business day timeframe, we’ll provide an ETA for any supplier-shipped items.
Split Shipments
Some products may ship separately depending on availability and warehouse location. You will be notified with tracking and estimated delivery times for each shipment.
Backordered & Sold Out Items

Any product marked as “Sold Out” on our website is currently on extended backorder.

To reserve a backordered item, please contact us directly to be added to our reservation list.

If a product in your order becomes unexpectedly backordered, we will reach out within 2 business days with an ETA and available solutions (such as substitution, delay, or refund).
