Shipping Policy – PDR Performance

At PDR Performance, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the details below regarding our shipping process:

Shipping Times

  • In-stock items will ship within 1–2 business days.

  • If your order contains items that ship directly from our suppliers, those items may arrive separately.

  • Within the same 1–2 business day timeframe, we’ll provide an ETA for any supplier-shipped items.

Split Shipments

Some products may ship separately depending on availability and warehouse location. You will be notified with tracking and estimated delivery times for each shipment.

Backordered & Sold Out Items

  • Any product marked as “Sold Out” on our website is currently on extended backorder.

  • To reserve a backordered item, please contact us directly to be added to our reservation list.

  • If a product in your order becomes unexpectedly backordered, we will reach out within 2 business days with an ETA and available solutions (such as substitution, delay, or refund).
